1-2-1 Programme

Mindfulness is an amazing tool for arriving in this beautiful present moment. Are you often stuck in the past, reliving memories and revisiting what’s already gone, or living in the future, projecting far-off possibilities? Our minds have this wonderful capacity, but learning to stay with the present can be challenging for some. Let me be your guide. Together we will slow down week by week in an 8-week program. We will learn about the nine attitudes and how to implement them in daily life.

Most importantly, I will help you find yourself in this moment.
